TNB to offer electricity rebates for all users

A rebate of two sen per kilowatt hour for all TNB account holders will be in effect from January 1st until June 30th

Meanwhile, the Energy and Natural Resources Ministry says the average base tariff rate for electricity will remain unchanged at 39.45 sen per kilowatt hour next year.

A national vaccination program is being drawn up by the Science, Technology and Innovation Ministry and will be presented to the Cabinet next month.

Its Minister Khairy Jamalludin says this includes processes for registration, distribution, identifying vaccination centres and storage methods.

The Health Ministry reported 1,348 new Covid-19 infections nationwide, bringing the total number of cases to surpass 98 thousand.

Selangor remained top for most infections for the 8th consecutive day with 535 cases.
