The Covid-19 vaccine is not an immunity passport!

Do not get carried away once you are immunised with the Covid-19 vaccine!
Health Director General Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah says the vaccine is not an 'immunity passport.
“It does not mean that once vaccinated, they can travel anywhere. No. We still need to look into the safety efficacy of the vaccine and time will tell, probably in four to six months, to see the outcome”
The earliest the vaccine can be approved is by the end of next month, while the vaccination exercise is likely to begin in March.
The Covid-19 death toll crossed the 500 mark, after 7 deaths were reported yesterday- three of which were in Sabah.
Meanwhile, 1,741 new cases were detected.
Selangor recorded the highest number of new infections, with 687, followed by Sabah and Johor.
More than 24 thousand people in several states have been forced to evacuate to temporary flood relief centres.
Pahang is the worst-hit state with over 16 thousand, while the other victims are in Johor, Kelantan, Perak, Terengganu and Selangor.
