Undergo Covid-19 screening voluntarily before leaving a red zone

Those who plan to travel interstate or inter district are encouraged to voluntarily undergo Covid-19 screening before leaving a red zone.
The Senior Minister for Security advised Malaysians to do so, following the emergence of 14 new Covid-19 clusters after travel restrictions were lifted early last month.
Starting today, Sarawak will announce locations affected by Covid-19, so that the public can go for tests if necessary.
State officials say places visited by positive cases and the time and date they were there will be officially made public.
Putrajaya has warned that foreign workers will have their work permits terminated, if their employers refuse to send them for mandatory Covid-19 screening tests.
Senior Minister for Security Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob adds employers will face legal action if they fail to do so.
