German police foil mall attack

Two brothers have been arrested in Germany, for allegedly planning to attack a shopping mall in the city of Oberhausen, near the border with Netherlands. 

Details of the plot are still unclear but so far, police say there is nothing to suggest that it was linked to the recent Christmas market attack in Berlin. 

Germany has been on high alert since the Berlin incident, which left 12 dead, while the main suspect is still on the run.
