Norway to appeal Breivik ruling
Jan 10, 2017
Norway says it will appeal a court ruling, that it violated the human rights of mass killer Anders Behring Breivik by keeping him in an isolation.
The government argues that measures, which include hundreds of strip-searches and barring contact with other inmates are necessary, as he remains unrepentant for his crimes.

He then travelled to a nearby island where he gunned down 69 people who were attending a left-wing political party's youth camp.
