Selva Kumar wants to live in the Klang Valley

Convicted Msian rapist Selva Kumar Subiah wants to live in the Klang Valley, now that he's back in the country.

However, the Inspector General of Police has assured that the public has nothing to fear, as Selva has willingly agreed to undergo police monitoring, even though he is not required by law to report to the authorities. 

The 56 year old returned to Malaysia, after spending 24 years behind bars in Canada for sexually assaulting dozens of women there.
