Minister: Avoid travel to North Korea for now

Feb 23, 2017

Malaysians have been advised to avoid travelling to North Korea for now, due to the strained diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Tourism and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz says North Korea is unpredictable and there is no guess as what they will do to Malaysians there.

This, following last week's death of a North Korean man at KLIA2.

Pyongyang had criticised police investigations into the death and accused Malaysia of colluding with its enemies, accusations that the government has strongly denied.
