Ipoh's recreational parks are contributing to the dengue hike in Perak.
Health authorities say the popular Polo Ground, DR Park, the Ipoh City Council Square and Bulatan Amanjaya are breeding grounds for Aedes mosquitoes.
Almost 5,600 dengue cases were reported in Ipoh from January to June, up 85 percent from last year.
