The man who beat up an odd job worker with a cane in Klang recently, and the man who filmed the incident, have turned themselves in to the police.

The man who beat up an odd job worker with a cane in Klang recently, and the man who filmed the incident, have turned themselves in to the police.

The duo in their late 30s have also apologised to the victim, and the victim has accepted.

The viral video showed the suspect caning the victim repeatedly for allegedly insulting his father.

Both men will be remanded today.
