Decision to be made next week.

Jan 04, 2018

Malaysia will announce next week its decision on whether to resume search operations for flight MH370.

The Transport Minister says US-based company Ocean Infinity has already moved a vessel close to a search area off the coast of Perth, Australia.

But Malaysia and the seabed exploration company have yet to finalise a deal to resume searches, which have been suspended since last January.

MH370 disappeared with 239 people on board in March 2014, en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.
