2 men have been arrested in Kota Bahru, Kelantan over a snatch theft incident that has gone viral on social media.
A man as seen in the video grabbing his victim's purse, causing her to fall down and bleed.
He then escaped in a car with his accomplice.
The victim was not seriously injured but has been warded.
