Water cuts in the Klang Valley will go on for longer than planned, after a pipe explosion injured at least 5 workers yesterday.

Syabas had completed repair work ahead of time and was just about to reactivate the SSP3 water treatment plant when the pipe burst.

The water cuts were supposed to end tomorrow, but now it's uncertain when water supply will return.
