Tun M has once again urged the police against arresting people for insulting him

PM Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has once again urged the police against arresting people for insulting him.

He says he has been called names plenty of times, and it doesn't bother him

This, after UMNO Supreme Council member, Datuk Lokman Noor Adam said his younger brother was recently arrested by police, for insulting Tun Dr M.

NRD reveals longest name

The NRD has revealed the longest name that was registered last year, and it was.... Princess Aura Nurr Ermily Amara Auliya Bidadari Nawal El Zendra Mohd Sufian.

That's a whopping 75 characters! 

It is still shorter than the longest ever name recorded by the NRD which had 78 characters.

It's it's a FAR cry from the world's longest ever name, which has over 200 letters. 

Also, the NRD said the most popular name for boys last year was Ismail, while for girls it's Fatimah 

In other news:

The IGP says the police could call up Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor to assist their investigations into 1MDB.

This, as the MACC charged Rosmah on 17 counts, including money laundering
