The Department Of Occupational Health And Safety team has been given three months to submit a full report on the incident, although investigations are expected to be completed much sooner.

The department says all development projects MUST register for an inspection, but adds that it's not in their power to stop projects altogether.

This, as the body of the eighth landslide victim was found today.

The Transport Ministry says only 50 individuals have surrendered their fake driving licences to the JPJ, so far.

It previously found that about 14 thousand fake licenses were given out by a syndicate over the past two years.

The MACC has detained 12 JPJ officials from various states, believed to be involved in the syndicate.
