More time needed to study school bully proposal

The Education Ministry has received a lot of positive feedback, its proposal to hand long suspensions to school bullies. 

It has gathered views from parents and teachers over the move and is now waiting for reponses from other stakeholders. 

Under the proposal, bullies would be suspended for the remainder of the school year.

For example, a Form 5 pupil found guilty of bullying would have to miss the SPM exam that year.
