Government says no insurance hikes without justification
May 21, 2017
The government will not tolerate insurance companies which try to increase motor insurance premiums without justification.
The Finance Ministry says authorities will be keeping a close eye on the situation, once the liberalisation of motor insurance rates comes into effect on July 1st.
The move will see flexible rates, with drivers who've never been in an accident or never made a claim to get cheaper premiums.
