Survey: Msians are content with e-commerce

Malaysians are content with their online shopping, coming 2nd to Indonesia in a survey about e-commerce.
Malaysians were also found less likely to "yell" at companies while writing reviews, compared to Singaporeans, WHO USE CAPITAL LETTERS IN THEIR COMPLAINTS MORE OFTEN.
Singaporeans are more prone to ask for refunds compared to Malaysians, with 29 percent of them doing so compared to 8.3 percent of Malaysians.
The younger generation were also found to be more demanding in their expectations of e-commerce merchants, with those below 20 years old 13 percent more likely to give lower ratings.
