MACC probing alleged misappropriation involving UMNO Supreme Council member

The MACC is investigating a report alleging a member of the UMNO Supreme Council is involved in the misappropriation of funds in a software development project for the govt.
It received the report from the police following a public complaint, and will be calling up the complainant for an interview soon.
The report alleges the supreme council member had misappropriated funds worth 2.7 million ringgit in the project for the M"sian Communications and Multimedia Commission.
