Britain's terror threat level to remain at severe

Jun 05, 2017

British Prime Minister Theresa May says the country's terror threat level will remain at severe, in the wake of the London Bridge terror attack.

She adds that additional security measures have also been put in place, including barriers at some of London's main bridges.

This, as UK police say they know the identity of the attackers behind the London Bridge terror attack, and are now trying to find out if they had any accomplices.

So far, authorities have arrested 12 individuals and seized huge amounts of forensic material.

Meanwhile, a Canadian woman was the first of the seven victims of the attack to be publicly named.
