Jun 09, 2017

A court decision on the legal suit by DAP's Dr. Ting Tiong Choon over his disqualification as Pujut assemblyman, will be known on June 19th, a day before nomination day for the Pujut by-election.

His lawyer says the judge has set next Thursday and Friday to hear full arguments by both parties.

Dr. Ting is challenging his disqualification by the Sarawak State Assembly, allegedly for having Australian citizenship.
