Man arrested over shooting in Penang

Penang police have arrested a man suspected of shooting dead 3 people, including a Datuk, at the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu expressway last night.

The suspect, who is the bodyguard of the Datuk, also murdered 2 of his fellow bodyguards who were in the car with him.

4 people were injured in the incident, with most of them innocent passersby, while 1 of them was a passenger in the car who was pistol-whipped by the assailant.

The police are still investigating the motive behind the attack.
