Malaysia to have it's own psychological well-being index

The Deputy Prime Minister says its time for Malaysia to have its own index to measure the people's psychological well-being. 

Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi says its important that we have a tool to gauge this, especially of the country's workforce.

This is ensure that workers have a positive mindset, are innovative, and are strong to face current challenges. 

Meanwhile, speaking ahead of World Mental Health Day tomorrow, Clinical Psychologist Mr Alvin Tan told us about the most common causes of workplace stress:

A survey on the Astro Radio News Twitter page also shows that unreasonable superiors was the biggest cause of stress at the workplace, ahead of an overwhelming workload.
