One suspect brought to Keramat tahfiz school scene

Police have brought one of the seven suspects in the Keramat tahfiz school fire, to the scene of the incident.

The 16-year-old was there to help police with their investigation into the cause of the fire.

This, as Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Azalina Othman said the seven teenage suspects cannot be punished with the death penalty, as they are still underaged.

Meanwhile, the Fire and and Rescue Department has ruled that the tahfiz school fire was an act of arson.

It says the fire is believed to have started on the third floor, after petrol was poured on the walls and furniture.
