Deadly Landslide Hits Penang Construction Site
Three construction workers have perished, while at least 10 others are believed to have been buried alive in a landslide that hit a construction site in Bukit Kukus, Penang.
Police confirmed three others were also injured in the incident.

The Chief Minister says no construction work was being carried out when the incident happened.
He says the weather, and the presence of flowing water on the hill slope are believed to have led the landslide.
This incident came almost a year after the deadly landslide in Tanjung Bungah, where 11 construction workers were killed at the site of a housing project.
Minister To Hire Ex-Convicts

The Youth and Sports Minister says he will hire three former convicts to work at his office in the Ministry.
Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman says the ex-convicts are youths who had completed their jail sentence.
He says the move is to change the public's negative perception of former prisoners, and to give them a second chance in life.
Senior Citizen Killed In Bus Terminal Mishap
An 80-year-old woman has died after she was run over by an express bus at the Larkin Sentral bus terminal in JB.
The viral video of the incident shows the victim crossing a lane for buses inside the terminal when she was hit.

Police have arrested the 61-year-old bus driver to assist investigations.
