Datuk Seri Jamal Yunos has launched a bizarre appeal to the Attorney-General to revoke and drop all charges against him.

Jamal said the AG should close all investigations against him, since several politicians, including Lim Guan Eng and Rafizi Ramli were recently freed of their charges.

The Red Shirt leader is also being investigated for 25 other cases.

Meanwhile, the Finance Minister has confirmed the 6% SST exemption is only for prepaid users and not postpaid.

However, Lim Guan Eng warned the tax might be back in the future, if businesses are found to be struggling.

Amirudin Shari defended the call, saying the water subsidy had risen from RM70 million in 2008, to RM200 million a year now, because more people are living in Selangor.
