School syllabus to be reviewed every 5 years

The primary and secondary school syllabus will be reviewed every 5 years.
The Education Ministry says this is to ensure the syllabus remains relevant to current requirements.
Meanwhile, the Ministry says only 0.12 percent of over 5 million primary and secondary students nationwide, were involved in negative activities such as gambling, stealing, bullying and gangsterism.
