No smoking, no smoking zones, and no ashtrays!

Customers will still be able to smoke once the smoking ban at eateries comes into effect next month, but they'll have to do it 10 feet away from restaurants.

In addition to that, the Health Ministry says eateries will be given a grace period to adjust to the smoking ban.

Meaning for the first six months of the year, authorities will only issue warnings to eateries that fall foul of the rules.

The Ministry adds that restaurants will also be barred from setting up designated smoking zones or indoor smoking rooms.

They can't even provide ashtrays for customers.
