Nurul Izzah: I will not change my decision.

Nurul Izzah Anwar will not change her mind about her resignation as PKR Vice-President.

She said she's touched by the appeals for her to retract her resignation, but as she mentioned earlier it was not a spur of the moment decision.

This comes after 13 PKR division heads in Penang called on the Permatang Pauh MP to reconsider her shock move.

Meanwhile, party sec-gen Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said Nurul quit because of internal developments in Pakatan Harapan and not PKR, after the duo met to chat.

Tabung Haji's COO Datuk Adi Azuan Abdul Ghani has been arrested and is expected to be remanded this morning.

He was reportedly arrested for using Tabung Haji's Interior Decorator contractor company, to build wardrobes at his house. 

MACC has been investigating the case since Tabung Haji itself lodged a police report over the misuse of its funds.

Bomba has launched the Wira Merah Fund to help Mohd Abid's next of kin, after the firefighter was laid to rest yesterday. 

The fund is open to donations from the public.

Speaking of donations, a local newsportal has halted its Save Seafield Temple Fund, after the temple and developer managed to solve their differences.

The fund was started 3 weeks ago and has collected more than 2.2 million ringgit so far.

All doners should claim a refund of their contributions, with all unclaimed funds to be channeled to the temple for its upkeep.
