Sex-ed at last?

Two Ministries will be discussing introducing sex education in schools.
Women, Family and Community Development Deputy Minister, Hannah Yeoh says she'll be meeting her counterpart from the Education Ministry soon, to work out the details over the syllabus.
Yeoh, however, says the move could take a while to be implemented, and authorities will also discuss what other measures can be taken to address the issue in the time being.

Police wrap up probe into firefighter Adib's death
Police have completed their investigation into the death of firefighter Mohd Adib Kassim.
The investigation papers have already been sent to the Deputy Public Prosecutor's office for further action.
26-year-old Adib died last November in the Seafield temple riots.
Meanwhile, UMNO Supreme Council member Lokman Noor Adam was arrested by police last night, believed to be under the Sedition Act.
This, after Lokman questioned if the Pakatan Harapan government was trying to cover up the cause of Mohd Adib's death.

Government to find ways to verify official social media accounts
The government is working on a mechanism to authenticate the Twitter handles and other social media accounts of Ministries or other agencies.
The Communications and Multimedia Minister says this is to ensure that online users get accurate information from online sources.
It will also prevent people from being tricked by invalid accounts, that try to pass themselves off as official Ministry or agency accounts.
