The Domestic Trade and Consumers Affairs Ministry says they have found no hike in prices of food items sold in school canteens in Sabah.

Inspections carried out at 98 school canteens since Thursday revealed no elements of malpractice.

The inspections were carried out because of complaints from parents nationwide that food and drinks in school canteens had become very expensive..
