Compulsory schooling may be extended until Form 5

The govt is considering making schooling mandatory until Form 5.
The Education Ministry said parents who fail to send their children to school could face a fine of up to 5,000 ringgit or 6 months in jail.
At the moment, the law only requires children to complete schooling until Year 6.
