This comes a day after Dutch officials said they were confident that Russia would be willing to meet, to talk about who was responsible for the tragedy.

Moscow however, has denied any involvement.

No word yet on Marzuki's fate

PM Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad has yet to make a decision regarding Deputy Foreign Minister Datuk Marzuki Yahya, over claims that the latter lied about his academic credentials.

Penang Bersatu, however, says it fully supports Marzuki  -who is the party's state chairman- and wants the authorities to investigate the matter further.

Marzuki says he will leave it to the Prime Minister to decide his fate.
