JPJ denies reports of man arguing with staff

The JPJ says a viral video showing a man arguing with staff at a government department, did not happen at any of its premises, contrary to claims.

It adds, it takes customer service seriously, and this is something that it constantly stresses to staff working at its counters.

In the 40-second video, a man was seen losing his cool after having to wait for four hours to be served.

When it was his turn, he was told to come back later, because the counter staff wanted to take a break.

In related news, police have arrested five people, who were seen in a viral video running amok at a restaurant in Sibu, Sarawak yesterday.

According to The Star, they smashed up the restaurant's chairs, damaged the restaurant's fridge and cashier counter, and attacked a waiter with a broom.

Once of the suspects is a businessman, while the others are unemployed.

Apparently, they were upset because the waiter got their orders wrong.
