13 Pasir Gudang schools close over toxic fumes

The chemical waste dump in Sungai Kim Kim is more serious than previously thought. 

13 schools around Pasir Gudang in Johor have been ordered to close indefinitely, after they were affected by the toxic fumes from the waste. 

Over 250 people have been sickened by the air, with a handful in the ICU. 

The Johor Department of Environment has completed its investigation papers into the incident. 

It will also charge two companies operating the factories that dumped the chemical waste.
