If you spot any cyber-bullying or worrying posts on social media...alert the authorities!
The MCMC says you can either inform the commission, call the police, or contact the person's friends and family.
This comes after a 16-year-old girl in Sarawak took her own life after hinting she would do so on Instagram.

Young voice in the Senate
The government will appoint a youth to the Senate to champion matters related to the age group.
The PM says this is to ensure the voice of the youth is heard at every level of the government's decision making process.

Tun M also announced the government is allocating more than RM150 million to the Youth Power Programme, which will include sports and recreational facilities.

The Johor government is giving its civil servants a bonus of half-month salary or minimum RM1,000.
Melaka has also announced a RM1,000 Raya bonus for its government workers.
The US has refused to join an international initiative aimed at tackling the spread of terror online.
The White House says that while it supports the initiative - named the Christchurch Call - it believes freedom of speech is more important.
