Anwar weighs in on Latheefa Koya appointment

The PKR president said while Latheefa is qualifed, the Prime Minister has to clarify why the Cabinet was not informed of the appointment beforehand.

Tun M had earlier admitted he did not consult the Cabinet, but assured he had input from several other sources.
