Stay indoors, close your windows and don't add to the air pollution by smoking.
The Health Ministry issued the reminders after haze returned to Malaysia because of forest fires in Indonesia.
The Met Department earlier warned the haze will affect Selangor, KL, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Putrajaya and Sarawak.
So far, only Rompin in Pahang and Kuala Terengganu have unhealthy air quality.

Stop victim shaming!
Victim shaming has to stop so that sexual assault survivors will feel safe enough to come forward.
Deputy Women Minister, Hannah Yeoh said if the stigma continues, victims will be too scared to lodge reports, and the perpetrators will walk free.
Two days ago, a senator was slammed for victim blaming when he called for laws to protect men from being seduced into raping women.
The PKR Senator has since apologised for his distasteful remarks, but the Sabah PKR Wanita Chief is now calling for his removal from the Dewan Negara.
Rahimah Majid said it is necessary to send a clear message that Mohd Imran's views are unacceptable.

Mohamad Sabu says any decisions about Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad's tenure will be decided by the coalition.
