Joint government? How 'bout no!

Bersatu Chairman, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has turned down UMNO's invitation to form a joint government, and abandon the Pakatan Harapan coalition.
UMNO Deputy President Datuk Seri Mohamad Hassan is hoping to form a largely Malay-Muslim government, consisting of PAS, UMNO and Bersatu.
However, Tun M stressed a multiracial country needs a diverse government.

Students with health issues on the rise
Health issues among students are challenging the national health and education systems.
This includes an increase in smoking cases, drug abuse and mental problems, especially in teenagers.
A recent survey found almost 14% of students between 13 and 17 were smokers.
Meanwhile, the prevalence of adolesents commiting suicide stands at 10%.

Don't show up too early for your medical appointments
Overly-punctual Malaysians have been blamed for the long waiting times at government hospitals and clinics.
The Deputy Health Minister says some patients arrive up to five hours early for their appointments, and that causes problems.
Dr Lee Boon Chye also hopes the implementation of the electronic medical record system will shorten the waiting time for patients.
