New fees for medical GP's soon

The new consultation fees for private medical GP's will be announced by the end of the year.
The Health Minister says the review on the matter is now in the final stage, with the revised rates to be brought to the cabinet soon for approval.

General practitioners have been calling for new fees for some time now, as the current rates have not been revised in over a decade.
Economic stimulus if necessary
The government may consinder an economic stimulus package if the global economy worsens next year.
Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng says the matter had been discussed even before the tabling of Budget 2020.
Lim adds that the government has already made the necessary preparations, and will act according to economic conditions next year
