A by-election is on the cards for Kimanis, in Sabah!

This is after the Federal Court upheld an Election Court ruling that nullified former Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman's 2018 victory for the Kimanis parliamentary seat.

This will be the 10th by-election since the last general election in May last year.

A man in Tumpat, Kelantan was found drowned at a flooded paddy field, while a 7-year-old boy drowned in Pasir Puteh. 
 
Over in Pahang, a 6-year-old girl in Kuala Lipis is feared to have drowned, after she slipped and fell into a river there.

Ministry will review fine for construction firms after rise in dengue cases

The Health Ministry says it will consider a review of the RM500 fine for construction companies, if dengue mosquitos are found at their project sites.

This is after a 70% increase in dengue cases from last year, with 164 deaths.

It adds that the increase in cases is linked to lack of hygiene, and urged people to keep their homes clean.
