There's no one way to tell how coronavirus spreads yet

Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad says there is still no consensus about how Covid-19 spreads. 

He says there have been reports that the virus is airborne, but this still cannot be confirmed.

Dr Dzulkefly says what doctors can agree on, is that transmission happens via liquid droplets, that spread onto surfaces when a person sneezes or coughs.

Johor Health Department dismisses it forced school closure

The Johor Health Department has denied that it had ordered a Chinese school in Johor Bharu to close, because one of the students' parents had been infected with Covid-19.

It clarified, that school authorities had taken preventive measures on their own accord.

The state health department has also denied issuing a separate statement regarding an alleged infection involving a police personnel in Kota Tinggi.

Najib and Rosmah to give statements over audio recordings next week

Former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife will give their statements to the police next week, regarding the recent audio recordings released by the MACC. 

Bukit Aman says its still working out a suitable date for them to come in, as both are busy with the respective court hearings.

The cops have already recorded statements from 12 other individuals as part of investigations into the recordings, allegedly involving a high-level criminal conspiracy.
