Msia's COVID-19 deathtoll rises to 14

Malaysia’s COVID-19 death toll has risen to 14, after the Health ministry reported four more fatalities today.
The health director general says 212 new infection cases have been detected, bringing our tally to 1,518.
Of the new cases, over 120 are linked to the Sri Petaling mosque cluster.
So far 57 patients are being treated in ICU, including 27 who are on breathing
assistance.
Government announces economic initiatives to aid Msians
The government has announced several key initiatives to help Malaysians cope during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin says effective immediately, the deferment period of PTPTN loan repayments will be extended from 3 months to 6 months.
Meanwhile, for the next 12 months, all EPF contributors below the age of 55 will be allowed to withdraw RM500 from their EPF Account 2 monthly.
Government to decide whether to extend MCO
Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin says public compliance to the Movement Control Order or MCO, has been improving, since it first took into effect on March 18th
According to recent police and military reports, almost 90% of Malaysians are abiding by MCO guidelines.
Tan Sri Muhyiddin says he hopes compliance will reach 100%
He adds that the decision of whether the govt will extend the movement order will be announced next Monday.
