Only 10 new coronavirus cases today!

Malaysia has again reported its lowest number of daily COVID-19 cases since the start of the Movement Control Order.
The country’s total number of infections now stands at 7,629, after reporting 10 new cases today.
Of the total infections, only 1,300 or so are active cases.
Meanwhile, no new deaths were reported today, meaning Malaysia’s COVID-19 death toll remains at 115.

18,000 Malaysians abroad have agreed to pay 50 percent of the cost if they undergo their compulsory quarantine at hotels upon returning.
Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says this includes university students who have completed their studies overseas.
He says for returning students, their respective sponsors will foot the bill on their behalf.
Also, undocumented migrants who test negative for COVID-19 will be deported to their home country.
The Defence Minister says Indonesia, Nepal and Bangladesh have all agreed with the government’s decision.
Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says the government will discuss with the three countries on how to send the migrants home.
