Malaysia has approved the use of the CanSino and Johnson & Johnson Covid-19 vaccines, both of which are single-shot jabs.

National Recovery Plan capable of bringing life back to normal | Astro Awani

Malaysia has unveiled a four-phase exit plan that will allow the country to emerge from Covid-19.

The PM says the country will transition from one phase to another depending on whether or not certain thresholds are met, with each phase expected to last around two months.

Tan Sri Muhyiddin explains that the plan hinges on daily case numbers, ICU capacity and the vaccination rate.

Malaysia can return to normalcy under the new normal during the fourth and final phase of the recovery plan that could be implemented from November.
