The government has agreed to relax several SOPs under Phase 1 and 2 of the National Recovery Plan.

Among the changes in SOPs for Phase 1 is cycling and solo activities are allowed in residential areas, with physical distancing of 2m to 3m observed.

Under Phase 2, business premises are allowed to operate between 6am and 10pm, including speciality stores such as petrol stations.
