World Suicide Prevention Day; You are not alone

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health, especially with the challenges being faced amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin reminded those struggling with their mental health, that they are not alone during these trying times.
“I wanted to reach out to people who are battling with depression, anxiety, you're not alone, please don't think that even in your darkest moments that you are alone, help is available, we're here for you.”
This, in conjunction with World Suicide Prevention Day today.

90% adult population now partially immunised against COVID-19
Malaysia reached a milestone, as 90% of the adult population has now received one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
This means over 21 million people are now partially immunised.
Meanwhile, more than 16 million others have already completed both doses.

New COVID-19 cases rise to over 21k
Daily COVID-19 infections in the country rose to 21,176 today, with Sarawak having the most cases.
The Health Ministry says Selangor had the second most infections, ahead of Johor, and Sabah.
Penang, Kedah, Perak, and Kelantan also had 4-digit infections.
