The PM says it is a comprehensive loan repayment support programme to help borrowers categorised under the 50% of the low-income group or B50.

The Health Ministry is planning to conduct a study on mixing and matching Covid-19 vaccine booster shots.
The study will be performed in Sarawak next month and will be expanded to other states.
Sarawak has already started giving third doses and booster shots of the Covid-19 vaccine to eligible recipients.
Starting today, Sabahans will be allowed to travel inter-district.
However, the new ruling will only apply to certain individuals such as those who are fully vaccinated and those aged 12 to 18 who are at least partially immunised.
The state government has also agreed to allow interstate travel from November 1.
