School attendance without rotation to be based on studies

The decision to allow more students to attend school without being a rotational basis will be based on studies and analysis.
The Education Ministry says it must consider the current situation.
For now, only certain students will no longer need to attend classes on a rotational basis starting on Monday.
The ruling will apply to institutes with COVID-19 vaccination rates that have reached 90%.
