Starting April 17th all primary school students will be allowed to attend school for face-to-face learning without the rotation system.
The Education Ministry, however says all teachers and students must continue to comply with Covid-19 SOP’s, even as we transition to the endemic phase.
Previously the ministry had determined that Year Three, Four and Five students were required to attend school on a rotational basis, especially for schools with over 600 students.
14,944 new Covid-19 cases were reported nationwide yesterday.
This is up by nearly three thousand infections from the previous day’s tally.
There were also 31 fatalities yesterday…in addition to 14 thousand-plus recoveries.
