Special Immigration lanes to monitor arrivals from China

There are special lanes at the country’s international entry points, to monitor arrivals from China for Covid-19.
Visitors who are suspected to have been infected, will then be referred to Health Ministry personnel stationed on-site.
This is part of the Immigration Department’s efforts to mitigate Covid-19 transmissions here, amid a surge in cases in China.

Former Cabinet minister Khairy Jamaluddin says he is considering running for the post of UMNO president.
The party elections are expected to be held before the middle of this year.
